This painting invites you into a space of quiet strength. Holding the Flow reflects the moments when you're pulled in many directions—when life runs hot and fast—but something steady within you holds it all.

The textured reds and golds speak of warmth, care, and the fire it takes to keep going. The stream of blue running through them brings relief and breath, like a calm presence in the middle of chaos.

This piece was created with the intention to comfort, to ground, and to reflect that part of you that carries others while still finding your own flow.
