I am a visual mixed media artist based in Bromley, Kent. I love creating textured paintings that transcend the traditional boundaries of canvas and paint. My work is a unique fusion of various materials, including plaster, fabric, clay and Powertex, resulting in sculptural pieces that find their home on the walls of my collectors.

My work is for all of you who love texture, colour and nature inspired art. My work is not minimalist, as I enjoy things in life. My pieces are full of brush marks, texture, colour and emotions. They depict my love for flowers and are full of memories of places visited with people who have touched my heart.

My pieces invite you to to engage with them on a instinctive level, allowing it to speak to your own emotional core, evoking feelings, memories, and sensations that resonate within you.

Through the tactile nature of my textured paintings, I hope to provoke a sensory experience that goes beyond the visual. The interplay of materials and textures invites you to not only see but also touch, inviting a multi-dimensional engagement with the art. I also love to read and occasionally try to write a poem, often related to my art.

Creating art with my own children and nieces, as well as the lack of art in schools, inspired me to leave my HR job in 2017 and start my own art club for children “Little Painter Art Classes for Children”, which I still run from my own studio.

I am member of the Bromley Art Society and love helping organise amazing exhibitions.
