Violet Elegance: Gilded Scales is part of a series of paintings created using honeycomb wrapping paper, fabric and Powertex mediums including Powertex balls and sand to create the desired texture. This is an abstract painting with purple blue background and pink metallic and iridescent golden colours on the textured part of the painting. 

The sides of canvas are painted and the painting is ready to hang.
