Powertex Bra workshop- fundraiser for Cancer Research

We all know someone that has encountered or succumbed to cancer. October is Breast Cancer Awarnes month and I would like to invite you to a workshop that reminds us all to check our boobs!! 

50% of all the payments will be donated to Cancer Research UK. I aim to sell the bra I create during this session and donate the money to Cancer Research. 

We will be recycling an/ your old bra and create a art master piece from it, which will remind us to check our boobs regularly. 

I will be guiding you step by step on how to coat the bra with Powertex and turn it into this beautiful wall sculpture using Powertex medium. You will create your own stone art decorations and embellishments and use additional fabrics, jewellery and other embellishments provided to attach to your bra. 

All materials and decorations will be provided but clients are welcome to bring their own bra or any other decorations/ broken jewellery or fabric meaningful to them. 

Finally you will be colouring the bra using Powertex pigments and varnish to give it the wow factor.

Half Day 9.30am to 12:30pm with a coffee/tea break for the bras to dry before decorating them

Maximum of 6 participants per session.
