Collection: Abstract Textured Art

This collection was created through an intuitive process, guided by both memory and material. Each piece is inspired by places I’ve visited and the unexpected textures that emerge when different materials come together. I’ve enjoyed experimenting with fabrics like hessian and gauze, as well as paper elements such as cardboard and honeycomb wrap. These are layered and strengthened using Powertex mediums and plaster compound. I often incorporate clay to bring a sculptural quality and added depth—many of the works resemble wall-mounted sculptures, inviting both touch and reflection.
